I inherited a Pyrex coffee pot from my mother, it made a great cup coffee and I used it to boil water for tea and cocoa. Due to age it broke, and I’ve seen a few on ebay, but I would love to buy a new one. But the company apparently doesn’t make them anymore.

Why would a company discontinue making a product that lots of people like using?

I like to use a coffee press. I normally just use Foldgers coffee. But Gevalia coffee is the best that I have ever had. I take it very strong and black with no additives.

Brewing some home roasted Ethiopian coffee with my Bodum Santos stovetop vacuum brewer. Music is Beltorno by QuiOui (creative commons by-nd-nc). Discovered via CreativeCommons search on the Mindz Music vol. 1 album: www.simuze.nl Steps from the movie: 1. Boil water. 2. Attach top half and let it fill. 3. Once it’s full, turn heat down and stir. 4. Stir every few minutes. 5. After 6 to 8 minutes, remove from heat and let the vacuum work its magic. 6. Remove top half and serve.
