I found a used commercial espresso machine in some hillbilly mountain town for an absolute steal. It needs one part replaced and a good cleaning. I know how to work these kinds of machines, but i don’t know what to look for. I know I’m either going to have a great deal or a big hunk of metal sitting on my counter that I can’t get to work. What do i need to know before i buy this baby?

I recently bought a second hand stove top espresso maker but it doesn’t work. Whenever I try to make a pot, only about 1/4 of the water is forced through the coffee – I end up with lots of hot water in the bottom and only a little coffee in the top section. I’ve replaced the rubber ring and always run it full of water so it’s not those things. Help please!

I usually drink the mild house coffee at Starbucks and I like the taste and texture of their coffee. When I try to make it at home with my 0 grind and brew coffee maker……I can never achieve that same Texture and taste. The best I can do is achieve the same coffee texture as the local 7-eleven.
What’s the secret to making coffee like starbucks? I’m just asking for their regular coffee and not anything special like their carmel macchiato.
I also use fresh whole beans and purified water when I brew.

    Thanks in advance.

I used to make ice coffee all the time. I got this new Keurig coffee maker that all you need to do is put these tiny cups already packaged and ready to go in the machine and press brew and it does it for you. It makes good coffee. It does have a ice Coffee icon but I when I press it, it makes the coffee the same way but not as hot and not strong enough for ice coffee. Does anybody know how to make ice coffee using this machine?
